Aire Fest 2026: a different kind of health innovation event, Headrow House, Leeds

Next month The Tech for Good company, Aire Logic, is hosting Aire Fest, a free, one-day gathering in Leeds for the people doing the real work of health innovation. It takes place on 9 July at Headrow House and it’s open to NHS clinicians, frontline staff, ICB and trust leaders, life sciences researchers and the technologists building the tools.

There are no exhibitor stands, no supplier pitches and no sales talks

The day is built around honest conversation about what’s working in NHS care, what isn’t, and what needs to change. Expect workshops, live podcasts and frontline voices rather than keynotes and sponsors.

The event runs across three zones

The Innovation Zone features an interactive workshop from the paediatric team at Alder Hey Children’s Hospital. The Collaboration Zone hosts a neighbourhood health session bringing together GPs, district nurses, national NHS leaders and patients, chaired by Hannah Al-Othman, Northern Editor at The Guardian. The Community Zone runs a live podcast recording with the Ministry of Health Tech, where the audience gets to join in.

Aire Fest will also launch Unsung Hereos, recognising ten unsung NHS innovators nominated by attendees.

From 4pm, things move to the rooftop for a BBQ, drinks and a DJ set from Lord Bethell.

You’re welcome to attend for the full day or drop in for the session that matters most to you. There’s no obligation to stay start to finish, and the whole event is free to attend.

Register your free place today and nominate your Unsung Heroes here.
