The core technology driving Holly Health’s app blends behavioral science with machine learning to offer personalized coaching to users. It employs a reinforcement learning approach combined with a Just-In-Time Adaptive Intervention (JITAI) system. This model adapts dynamically to each patient based on real-time data and individual behaviour patterns.

The JITAI mechanism ensures interventions and prompts are delivered precisely when needed, promoting better habit formation and self-care routines. This level of hyper-personalization is rarely scaled beyond research settings, positioning Holly Health’s solution at the forefront of digital health innovation.

Initial use of the app by over 180 users during a three-month period demonstrated promising results, including increased patient engagement and higher completion rates of recommended health habits.
